1.  Unfortunately, we will be UNABLE to deliver and set up your rental unit if it is raining outside.  The customer WILL NOT be charged and will receive their deposit back.

2.  The customer has the option for us to deliver and set up the unit if it is THREATENING TO RAIN.  There will be NO CHARGE to the customer if they decide NOT to have the rental unit delivered, but the customer MUST make their decision upon the confirmation call, which will be made the day before delivery between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

 

3.  Should the customer decide to have the rental unit delivered and set up, a rain box will be provided in case of rain.  This kit includes a tarp, 8 stakes, a hammer, and a large towel.  If it DOES rain, the customer is required to TURN OFF and UNPLUG the blower and put the tarp over the rental unit.  When it stops, the customer can then remove the tarp and turn the blower back on.  Please use the towel provided to dry off the unit upon re-use, as the units are quite slippery and dangerous when wet.

4.  It is the customer's decision to have the rental unit delivered or not.  If the customer decides to have the unit delivered and set up, unfortunately, a refund will NOT be given due to delivery time, set-up, and pick-up.
